The coastal flood warning remains in effect from noon today to 8:00 PM this evening. The National Weather Service warns that widespread roadway flooding in low-lying areas may occur leading up to and during Saturday afternoons high tide (3:23 PM). The onshore winds are expected to continue Saturday causing the back bays to not fully drain during low tides. Minor flooding is possible on Sunday afternoon (High Tide 4:36 PM). All Stone Harbor residents in flood prone areas should move their vehicles to higher ground. We encourage residents to not drive through flooded streets for their safety and the safety of surrounding homes and businesses.
